ARENA INFO
The Harding Mazzotti Arena is a 4,774-seat multi-purpose arena located in downtown Glens Falls, New York. Built in 1979, it was originally the home of the Adirondack Red Wings, the former American Hockey League affiliate for the Detroit Red Wings. It is now the home of the Adirondack Thunder, the ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils.
This versatile multi-purpose complex includes an arena for sporting events, concerts, and family entertainment as well as dance, theatre and trade shows. Also included under the Harding Mazzotti Arena roof is a 6,189 square foot banquet facility appropriately named Heritage Hall as it highlights the rich history of athletics in Glens Falls, NY.
The Harding Mazzotti Arena, as of April 1, 2015, is a facility privately managed by the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition, Inc.
Policies
We want every guest to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at Harding Mazzotti Arena. To help ensure a smooth visit, please review the policies below before attending your event. These guidelines cover prohibited items, admission requirements, guest conduct, security procedures, and other important information. Please note that some event-specific policies, such as camera and recording device restrictions, may vary by event.

Bottles, cans, coolers, fireworks, food, and recording devices are not permitted in the Harding Mazzotti Arena. It is the discretion of the show whether or not video cameras or still cameras are allowed for events. Signs will be posted and event staff will be notified before doors open regarding this policy. If an event does not permit the use of video or still cameras, our staff will ask the patrons to return these items to their vehicles prior to entering the building. Management expects all representatives of the Safety/Security department to either confiscate or eject those patrons in violation of these policies. If patrons are already inside the facility, the items must be confiscated, discarded or returned to his/her vehicle. All confiscated items will be sent to the administration office and held for pick-up for 30 days. After 30 days, the Harding Mazzotti Arena will discard all items.

Banners may not be hung anywhere in the Arena by anyone other than those given written authorization to do so by the Harding Mazzotti Arena. Patrons must return any unwanted banners to their vehicle.

Everyone, 2 years and older, attending events must have a ticket (exception on some family shows.)

Harding Mazzotti Arena will not permit vending, soliciting, collecting contributions for any purpose whatsoever or distributing of handbills on the premises.

Harding Mazzotti Arena strongly recommends that minors under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian while attending an event.

There are no weapons of any kind allowed into the building. If you are found in violation of this policy you will be taken to the Security office and ask to leave the building. When necessary, these weapons may be turned over to the Glens Falls Police Department. All individuals may be searched upon entering the Harding Mazzotti Arena.

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside Harding Mazzotti Arena. Exceptions may be permitted for special dietary/medical and religious beliefs, but must be explained upon entry.

Large bags are not allowed into the arena, including backpacks and shopping bags. Small and Medium sized women’s purses will be admitted but must remain under 13″ x 15″ and are subject to search.

All patrons in the building, who are identified as being under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol, will be taken to the Security office, ejected, and their parents will be notified for proper advisement. When necessary, they may be turned over to the Glens Falls Police Department.
All persons who are drinking alcohol and appear to be under the legal drinking age but cannot produce proper identification will be processed as above.
All persons identified as the person(s) supplying underage drinkers with alcohol will be processed as above.

No person, including minors, shall be admitted to any event in the Arena without holding a valid ticket to the event.
Anyone with information on scalping should report it to appropriate arena personnel.

No person, including minors, shall be permitted to events at the arena or additional projects at the complex unless properly attired. In-appropriate attire includes but is not limited to; Anyone covering their entire face or head. Harding Mazzotti Arena STAFF, AT ITS DISCRETION, reserves the right to determine proper attire for events at the complex. Unless authorized by Harding Mazzotti Arena, no person shall be admitted into the facility with any of the following items in his/her possession:
Alcohol beverages or controlled substances (unless prescribed for the possessor) cameras, audio or visual recording equipment, radios, televisions or any other such electronic devices, except when authorized.
Pets
Bottles, either plastic or glass
Shopping carts
Cans or coolers
Fireworks
Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
Unless authorized by Harding Mazzotti Arena, the carrying of food and beverages into the facility of the complex is prohibited.
No person shall bring any object into the arena with intent to use or which may be used as a weapon or projectile.
For their own safety and the safety of others, no person shall be allowed admittance to the Harding Mazzotti Arena while wearing face paint of any kind. Anyone found in face paint after their entrance will be asked to remove it, or leave the premises.

Harding Mazzotti Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in public areas of the Arena by any patron or employee. Anyone observed smoking inside the facility shall be asked to extinguish the item immediately. Harding Mazzotti Arena no longer offers a smoking section at our events.
Any person who refuses to comply with the policy shall be subject to ejection from the facility.

The Harding Mazzotti Arena strives to provide guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. To ensure that a pleasant experience is not disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests, we have established the Harding Mazzotti Arena Code of Conduct. The following acts shall be grounds for denial of ticket sales, eviction from or non-admittance to the Harding Mazzotti Arena grounds without a refund.
Activity likely to endanger person or property
Activity or item that could disrupt or interfere with performances or other activities including, but not limited to air horns, vuvuzela or laser pointers
Bringing into the facility articles that could be perceived as dangerous including, but not limited to, weapons, chains, bottles or cans
Smoking or carrying a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe in NO SMOKING areas
Individuals who appear intoxicated
Attempting to smuggle alcoholic beverages into the building
Consuming or carrying dispensed alcohol in areas other than designated areas for consumption
The selling to, possession of, or consumption by a minor of alcoholic beverages
Bringing into the facility any type of beverage or food container other than those necessary for medical or childcare

Persons with Disabilities
Access for Wheelchair Users and Mobility-Impaired Patrons Two exterior access ramps in our Front Parking Lot provide access to the Harding Mazzotti Arena Box Office and main ground entrance level. This level provides one internal elevator access in the arena, which travels between the concourse levels. Wheelchair users and mobility-impaired should use this elevator to enter/exit and find their way to/from their seats. All drinking fountains are also designated for wheelchair users. One designated handicap bathroom is located in the main lobby.

Parking Access
During event days, the Front Parking Lot holds 26 designated handicap spots. On non-event days, the front lot holds 9 designated handicap parking spots. Handicap parking is available at surrounding parking lots as well. If walking is difficult, it is suggested that a mobility impaired patron be dropped off in front of Harding Mazzotti Arena.
Medical Assistance
All events have roving emergency medical technicians. Please contact an usher if you need medical assistance. Hearing impaired devices are available in the Administrative Office for use upon request for events.
Parking
Parking for the Harding Mazzotti Arena is available at many nearby sites. General public parking can be found in several lots behind the arena on Oakland Avenue, down Mohican Street; and in many downtown city lots. Parking is also available in the parking garage at 50-54 Park Ave and the St. Mary’s Church parking lot on Church St. when open to the public and staffed. The cost ranges from $5-$20 depending on the event. Street parking is also available for no charge, with the city’s three-hour parking limit waived during arena events.
For those with Handicapped Parking licenses or permits, parking is available directly in front of the building. Thirty spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Total parking spaces = 1687.
The Harding Mazzotti Arena does not control/staff parking lots.
Directions
From the South (Albany/Capital Region)
Take Interstate 87 North to Exit 18. Follow Broad Street into downtown Glens Falls, then continue to Glen Street. The arena is just minutes from the exit.
From the North (Lake George/Adirondacks)
Take Interstate 87 South to Exit 18. Follow Broad Street toward downtown Glens Falls and continue to Glen Street.
From Vermont
Cross into New York via Route 149 or Route 4, then follow the appropriate route to downtown Glens Falls. The arena is easily accessible from either direction and is located in the heart of downtown.
