Daniel J. Burke, President

Dan Burke is the President of NBT Bank, North County Region. In addition to his role as president of the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition, he serves as president of the Glens Falls Business Improvement District and president of the Greater Glens Fall Amateur Athletic Championship Association. He is a member of Plattsburgh State College Council and Chair of the Adirondack Health Institute. In 2012, he received the J. Walter Juckett Award for outstanding community service.

Edward T. Moore, Vice President

Ed Moore has been self-employed for more than 50 years, with diverse experience in excavation, real estate development, and hospitality. He purchased The Queensbury Hotel in downtown Glens Falls in 2016, bringing it back under local ownership for the first time in decades. He also owns French Mountain Commons and the Log Jam Outlet Center in Queensbury. His serves on numerous boards, including Glens Falls Hospital’s Board of Governors. In 2016, he was named the recipient of the J. Walter Juckett Award for outstanding community service.

Arleen Girard

Arleen Girard is the Senior Vice President, Director of Business Services at Arrow Bank.  Arleen oversees the Municipal Banking and Cash Management teams and is responsible for developing and managing opportunities for revenue growth including deposits, cash management, merchant and credit cards services. Arleen is a graduate of Glens Falls Senior High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Le Moyne College.  Ms. Girard was elected to the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) Board in December 2025.

Marc Monahan, Vice President

Marc Monahan is a Senior Vice President with NBT Bank overseeing the banks North Country Region which spans from Clifton Park to the Canadian border and west into the Seaway Valley. Marc is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and resides in Queensbury with his wife and two children. He has served on numerous boas in leaderships roles and has a passion for the Arena and its impact on the Glens Falls region and surrounding area.

Pete Fitzgerald

Douglas L. Kenyon

Doug Kenyon is a retired educator, having served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and athletic director. He is the former Executive Director of Section 2 Athletic Association and an 18-year member of the NYSPHSAA Executive Committee. He is the Executive Director of the Greater Glens Falls Amateur Athletic Championship Association and serves as a member of a number of nonprofit organizations including the YMCA, Church Session, and Young Life. For 25 years, he has been the Director and member of the NYSPHSAA and for the past 35 years a member of the Federation Basketball Championship Committee.

Melissa Davidson

Melissa Davidson is Senior Sales Executive for Northern Insuring Agency specializing in the Commercial Insurance Division. She currently President of the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation Board and a board member of the Common Roots Foundation. She is actively involved with the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves as an ambassador.

Elisabeth B. Mahoney, Esq.

Elisabeth Mahoney is the principal attorney with Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, PC. She is the President of the St. Mary’s/St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic School Board and a board member of Greater Adirondack Home Aides and Hudson Headwaters Health Network Foundation.

Tyler Herrick, Secretary

Tyler Herrick, a Massachusetts native and a graduate of St. Lawrence University, has lived and worked in the Lake George region since 2003.

With a broad background in hospitality, Tyler has worked in various sectors of the industry including small independent resorts, limited-service branded hotels, a large full service independent resort to small independent boutique properties.  Tyler has worked in all aspects of these sectors including Sales, Event Planning, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and above property management.

In 2010, at the age of 29 Tyler was promoted to Assistant General Manager of the iconic Sagamore Resort on Lake George, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, focusing on Rooms, Facilities Management, Information Technology and Guest Programing.

In 2016 Tyler partnered with local entrepreneur and developer Ed Moore and son Zack Moore to form Spruce Hospitality Group, while simultaneously purchasing The Queensbury Hotel.  At the time of the purchase, it was the first time in over 60 years that the 1926 historic hotel came under local ownership and management.  Since 2016 Tyler and the Moore Family have managed the complete restoration, renovation, and expansion of the 90+ year old property, while constructing a new 77-room Fairfield Inn and Suites property located in Queensbury, NY.  In 2020 Spruce Hospitality expanded into the third-party management sector by taking control of the day to day Food and Beverage operations at the Ticonderoga Golf Course.

Tyler still resides in Queensbury with his wife Sarah Herrick (O’Connor), daughters Grace (16), Abby (10), Emerson (8) and his son Benjamin (14).  Tyler has loved the transition from the Sagamore to downtown Glens Falls, being able to see the growth of our region, most especially the revitalization of downtown Glens Falls, over the last 10 years.

In addition to his personal and professional roles Tyler is a 2010 graduate of the ARCC Leadership Program, serves as the President of the Lake George Regional Chamber and CVB, President of the Glens Falls Youth Baseball and Softball Organization and active member of the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition, Warren County Coalition and Glens Falls Business Improvement District Board of Directors.

Sarah Wright, Treasurer 

Sarah Wright is the Chief Financial Officer of Adirondack Health Institute, Inc. and the Adirondacks Accountable Care Organization (Adirondacks ACO). She has experience in public accounting as well as in both public and private sector finance roles. Sarah is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State and serves on the Board of Directors of Fort Hudson Health Systems and on the Finance Committee of the Tri-County United Way.

Fred Vogel

Fred Vogel is President and CEO of Northern Hospitality, focusing on resort development and hospitality operations. He is also President of The Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Todd Tierney

David Krogmann

David Krogmann is a retired state Supreme Court Justice in Warren County. Earlier in his career, Judge Krogmann served as a Glens Falls City Court Judge, City of Glens Falls councilman, Warren County deputy attorney and a Town Attorney for Bolton, Horicon, Lake Luzerne, Stony Creek and Indian Lake. He is an active community leader and serves as the president of the Warren County Bar Foundation, director of the Chapman Historical Museum and a board member for Tri-County United Way. In 2016, he received the Henry Crandall Award, which recognizes individuals who demonstrate the values and legacy of the regional library’s founder and have improved the local community.

In addition, coalition members Ed Moore, Claude Loiselle, Elisabeth Mahoney and George Ferone are part of the hockey management team.

Jason Krogmann

Jason Krogmann is a lifelong Glens Falls area resident. Vice President and part owner of Bullpen Enterprises for over 30 years. Part owner of Talk of the Town Restaurant and Dockside Landing Marina. He has two daughters who attend Glens Falls High School and his wife, Carrie, teaches in the GF system. He helps coach my younger daughter’s Northstars hockey team and she plays on the Adirondack United high school team where he sits on the booster club board.

Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore joined Behan Communications as Chief Executive Officer after distinguished service in state and local government. He has been a trusted adviser to federal, state, and local officials of all political parties. He traveled the country with former New York Gov. George Pataki, serving as his principal daily briefer, speechwriter, and communications assistant.  He worked with former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld on his gubernatorial campaign and has worked closely with the administrations of both New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Ryan served as a senior appointed official in Westchester, Saratoga and Warren County governments, specializing in municipal finance,  policy and communications matters. As Warren County Administrator, he led the county’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, oversaw 800 employees in 32 departments and was responsible for developing and overseeing the county’s $172 million budget.

He is a native of Saratoga Springs and a graduate of Williams College, where he earned a degree in history and political science.
